What is Your Moon Phase?
Your Moon Phase is jewelry that features the picture of the moon phase from the date of your choosing. Working alongside a highly qualified Astrologist, a Mathematician and directly with the Smithsonian, we created an algorithm to find the most accurate lunar phase on any given day in history. Our phases meet the standards of the world’s largest museum, the Smithsonian.

Pick any date - an anniversary, wedding date, birthday, graduation - and you will find the exact moon phase using our moon phase calculator.

How do I order?
Great question. First, we recommend you start off by browsing through our collection menu to find your perfect piece. Our collections currently include Bracelets, Necklaces, Prints, and beautifully put together Gift Sets. Once you have found your piece, it is time to find your Moon Phase. Using the Moon Phase Calculator drop-downs, enter the month, day, year and location of your special date, then click on the moon icon located to the right of the location drop-down box. If you know which phase correlates to your special date, you can click the box, “I know which Phase I want" and you may select your Moon Phase option from the drop-down box.         

Can you engrave on Your Moon Phase charms? 
Yes! For $8, we can engrave a special message on the back of select Your Moon Phase Charms (please see the product page for personalization eligibility). Please note, that we are unable to engrave special characters, such as hearts, stars, emojis, or accent marks. If you request invalid text or too many characters, to prevent delays, we may cancel your order, however, you are welcomed to place a new order with the applicable revisions. 

I have allergies. Is it safe for me to wear Your Moon Phase Jewelry?
Yes. Our jewelry is hypoallergenic and lead-free.

I looked up my Moon Phase and it is different from the one on your website, why?
Your Moon Phase® showcases the moon’s appearance on the date of your choice in the location you select. This depiction is carefully determined by combining data from the US Naval Observatory and our patent-pending methodology to show you how the moon looked from here on Earth on your special day. Because what we see with the naked eye differs from person to person and depends on other factors like illumination, depictions may vary slightly.   

If you would prefer a different Moon Phase, please keep in mind that you are welcome to select the Moon Phase you would like, rather than using our Moon Calculator.
 
Will my Moon Phase pendant glow in the dark?
Yes! Once you charge your Moon Phase Pendant by holding your pendant under a light source for about 5-10 seconds, e.g., a lamp or a flashlight, your Moon Phase Pendant will begin to illuminate (glow in the dark).
 
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
 
I purchased a gift card. Does it expire?
Nope, it never expires.
 
When will my order ship?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday from 8 AM – 5 PM EST. and usually ship in 3-5 business days. This includes expedited shipping orders, domestic orders, and international orders. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping notice via email. Your shipping confirmation will include information about your order and your tracking number.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Once you submit your order, we are unable to make changes to the order. Non-engraved items may be returned in accordance with our return policy.
