What is Your Moon Phase?
Your Moon Phase is jewelry that features the picture of the moon phase from the date of your choosing. Pick any date - an anniversary, wedding date, birthday, graduation - and you will find the exact moon phase using our moon phase calculator. Choose from our collection of bracelets, necklaces and more to give a gift they will cherish forever. Once charged using our Moon Phase LED flashlight, Your Moon Phase jewelry pieces will light up and gently glow in the dark for all to see.
How do I order?
Great question. First, we recommend you start off by browsing through our collection menu to find your perfect piece. Our collections currently include Bracelets, Necklaces, Pints, Earrings, and beautifully put together Gift Sets. Once you have found your piece, it is time to find your Moon Phase. Using the Moon Phase Calculator drop-downs, enter the month, day, year and location of your special date, then click on the moon icon located to the right of the location drop-down box. If you know which phase correlates to your special date, you can click the box, “I know which Phase I want" and you may select your Moon Phase option from the drop-down box.
For customized products like the Duo Moon Phase Necklace and the Swarovski Birth Month Necklace, you will need to select additional options. For the Duo Necklace, after selecting the Month, Day, Year and Location for your 1st Moon, you will need to select the Moon Phase for your 2nd Moon.
For the Swarovski Birth Month Necklace, after selecting the Month, Day, Year and Location of you Moon Phase, you will need to select a Birthstone using the drop down options located directly beneath the Moon Phase calculator. Can you engrave on Your Moon Phase charms?
Yes! For $10, we can engrave a special message on the back of select Your Moon Phase Charm's (please see the product page for personalization eligibility).
You may request 3 lines of text, with up to 13 characters per line, including spaces. Please note, that we are unable to engrave special characters, such as hearts, stars, emojis, or accent marks. If you request invalid text or too many characters, to prevent delays, we may cancel your order, however, you are welcomed to place a new order with the applicable revisions.

I looked up my Moon Phase and it is different from the one on your website, why?
We base our findings on the Smithsonian Museum; however, the differences in time of day or location of a recorded Moon phase may cause the results to vary. If you would prefer a different Moon Phase, please keep in mind that you are welcome to select the Moon Phase you would like, rather than using our Moon Calculator.
Will my Moon Phase pendant glow in the dark?
Yes! Once you charge your Moon Phase Pendant by holding your pendant under a light source for about 5-10 seconds, e.g., a lamp or a flashlight, your Moon Phase Pendant will begin to illuminate (glow in the dark).

Your Moon Phase accepts most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
I purchased a gift card. Does it expire?
Nope, it never expires.
When will my order ship?
Orders are usually processed and shipped in 2-4 business days. This includes expedited shipping orders, domestic orders, and international orders. Due to the nature of pre-order and personalized items, shipping delays may occur. Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation by email and/or by SMS message. Your shipping confirmation will include information about your order and your tracking number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once you submit your order, we are unable to make changes to the order. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact customer support by phone immediately after placing the order to request a cancellation. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. However, in accordance with our return policy, you may return the applicable item for a refund.
